SCOPE OF APPLICATION

In this Charter, "EXPERIENCIAH" means:

EXPERIENCIAH HOTELS & RESORTS, headquartered at the corner of Avenue Annakhil and Bd Addolb, Suncity Project, Building B, 4th floor, Rabat;

Subsidiaries and other companies affiliated with EXPERIENCIAH SA participating in hotel activities; and

Hotels operated under any of the EXPERIENCIAH brands in Morocco.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED?

At various times, we may need to collect information about you and your companions, including:

  • Contact details: name, surname, phone number, email address;
  • Personal information: date of birth, nationality;
  • Children’s details: first name, date of birth, age;
  • Credit card number (for transactions and reservations);
  • Identity document details: ID card, passport, or driving license;
  • Membership number of the EXPERIENCIAH loyalty program or a partner program, and activity details under that program;
  • Arrival and departure dates;
  • Preferences and interests: smoking/non-smoking room, preferred floor, bedding type, newspaper preferences, cultural interests, food and beverage preferences, etc.;
  • Questions or comments made during or after your stay at an EXPERIENCIAH property;
  • Technical and location information generated by using our websites and applications.

WHEN IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED?

Hotel activities:

  • Room booking;
  • Check-in and payment;
  • Hotel stay and service usage;
  • Purchase of drinks or meals at the hotel bar/restaurant during stay;
  • Requests, complaints, and/or disputes.
  • Participation in marketing programs or events:
  • Loyalty program registration;
  • Satisfaction surveys;
  • Participation in online games or contests;
  • Newsletter subscriptions to receive offers and promotions by email.

Transmission of information by third parties:

  • Tour operators, travel agencies (online or not), GDS booking systems, and others.

Internet activities:

  • Website connections (IP address, cookies according to our tracker use policy);
  • Online collection forms (online booking, questionnaires, EXPERIENCIAH pages on social media, social media login tools, exchanges with a chatbot).

Communications:

  • Marketing and Customer Service Communications: Sending information about your stays or promotional offers via instant messaging platforms (notably WhatsApp) when you have given your explicit consent.

THIRD-PARTY ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA

EXPERIENCIAH operates hotels in various cities across Morocco, which requires sharing your personal data under certain conditions. For example, details about your stays, preferences, satisfaction, and loyalty program may be shared among hotels under an EXPERIENCIAH brand to enhance service quality and your experience.
You can object to this sharing at any time by contacting our Personal Data Protection Department (contact details in the "Your Rights" section).

Recipients may only access your data within the limits of their responsibilities, and include:

  • Authorized internal personnel:

Individuals or legal entities authorized by law or contractual obligation, such as the website host and the provider of the online booking solution;

  • The online booking solution provider is located outside Morocco, so an international data transfer occurs with safeguards in compliance with personal data transfer laws.
  • In certain circumstances, we may also transmit your data to local authorities if required by law.

PROCESSING IN COMPLIANCE WITH LAW N°09-08

All listed processing operations have been declared to or authorized by the CNDP (National Commission for the Protection of Personal Data). Data transferred abroad is for hosting, storage, or outsourcing operational functions, and when required, these transfers have CNDP authorization.
